Marketing Communications Specialist:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of marketing and public relations programs for MVTS including product brochures and manuals, advertising, email programs, website, datasheets, and press releases.
- Interface with operations, engineers, product managers, and account managers to understand and develop marketing materials to support marketing and sales activities.
- Prepare visual presentations and brochures by designing art and copy layouts.
- Prepare organizational and process flow charts.
- Accurately write and edit materials to ensure consistency and branding of products and company.
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials and supplies.
- Distribute information throughout MVTS internally and outside representatives.
- Coordinate printing activities; review/approve proofs for accuracy.
- Manage marketing programs execution, track and report on metrics.
- Gather pertinent information from and write press releases.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree.
- 2 + years marketing and design experience.
- 2 + years project coordination.
- 1 + years working in global company with offices in other countries.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, attention to detail.
Skills and Other Requirements:
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
- Experience with Graphic Design programs.
- MS Office proficiency including exceptional Excel and Power Point skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to show proven results of successful projects completion.
- Enthusiasm, sense of urgency, self motivation, positive attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in fast-paced environment.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.
- Assist in planning and executing tradeshows, conferences, and special events.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through aggressive sales & marketing activities to achieve profitability goals.
- Foster strong business relationships with existing corporate accounts and ensure consistent business follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly management reports for sales and management business needs.
- Manage office administration.
- Monitor forecast numbers and inventory turnover.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years related experience in sales development preferably with regional exposure in Taiwan.
- Strong Management and leadership skills, dynamic and result orientated.

Administrative Assistant / Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Manage, organize, and update relevant customer data using multiple database platforms.
- Creation of documentation; reports, correspondence, charts, and project related documents.
- Provides administrative support to areas assigned.
- Answering multi-line telephone system, keeping accurate records and concise messages, discreet call screening, projecting proper telephone etiquette at all times.
- Assist with preparation and delivery of statistical data.
- Maintaining office records and documentation files. Attention to detail is imperative for accurate accounting and information gathering procedures.
- Assist with website content and maintenance.
- Examines purchase orders, verifying they are complete and accurate.
- Provide details of shipment changes or special requirements the customer may need.
- Assist in collaboration of marketing materials, promotional items and corporate event planning.
Qualificatons:
- High School Graduate with 2-3 years experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS office suite of products.
- Understanding of CRM systems, knowledge of Sage ACT is an advantage.

- Works well under pressure, organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meeting timeline requirements.
