The CP200 is an upgrade for the LTX 77/90 test systems' obsolete CP100 and CP100+ central processors. This Windows® OS-based upgrade brings the LTX 77/90 platform to current technology and will extend the useful life of the LTX 77/90 test system. Test floor managers will enhance system reliability and tester throughput with the CP200 processor upgrade.
