- This manipulator refurbishment kit upgrades the LTX Synchro HT manipulator to gain better reliability. The standard manipulator will degrade through regular wear and tear and this wear can cause the manipulator to jam making docking to probers and handlers difficult. Also, the wear can produce an inability to lock the manipulator in a fixed position. Driven by customer requests, MVTS designed this manipulator upgrade kit to overcome these typical wear issues with the standard Synchro HT manipulator.
- The components to this manipulator refurbishment kit include the sphere assembly, rack and plate, rack assembly, tube re-installation, and ball and shell assembly. MVTS and LTX service engineers are available to perform the installation of the MV Manipulator kit on site at the test floor.
