DUO: Introduced in 1995
100 MHz (250 MHz formatted data rate) Digital Mixed-Signal (DMS) test system developed specifically to resolve, on a single platform, the test problems of the digitally dominant, mixed-signal devices typical in multimedia and portable devices.
DSP audio subsystem offers 20-bit precision, while the video subsystem provides impedance-matched, fully differential 16 GHz sampling.
