Kalos: Introduced in 1997
Designed to test flash memory.
Features "Tester-On-A-Card" architecture, which places all test functions for each site on a single card and thus reduces floor space and power consumption while increasing performance.
Combines a 48 pin, 50 MHz performance and 16-site parallel test capability into a single package.
Kalos (hex): Introduced in 1999
Features 16 test sites, enabling testing of high pin count NVM and flash memory core microcontroller devices.
Kalos (xw): Introduced in 2000
Features 32 test sites, twice as many test sites as the standard Kalos system. KalosxwTM is the flash memory test system designed specifically to extend the Kalos for market needs of even higher volume.
Combines 50 MHz performance and 32-site x 48 pin device parallel test capability in a single package.
Using this high parallelism architecture, it can enabled to parallel test up to 32 NOR Flash Devices, 64 NAND Flash Devices and 128 Serial NVMs.
Kalos 2: Introduced in 2003
Provides parallel test capabilities.
Personal Kalos & Personal Kalos 2: Introduced in 2003
Desktop engineering version of the high-throughput Kalos tester.
Provides the same 48 all-I/O pins, 50 MHz test site and software used in Kalos family.
