Quartet: Introduced in 1998
Combines a digital subsystem with audio and video instruments to test consumer system-on-chip (SOC) devices and provides a solution for high volume testing needs.
Also includes DSP per-pin architecture, SCAN, UltraSPARC server running Sun Unix operating system, and analog instruments for testing high-speed Ethernet and PRML devices.
