MVTS has an unprecedented business model of partnering with OEMs. The concept of establishing these relationships came from a desire to distinguish itself from the “broker market.” Each OEM relationship is different in areas of sales, service, and support. The overall objective of these relationships is to provide users with a single source for legacy product support across multiple platforms.
The current business model was originally pioneered between MVTS and LTX Corporation. Over time the relationship expanded to include multiple product lines and collaboration on various services. MVTS has since added Teradyne Corporation and Credence Corporation to its portfolio and continues to add additional OEM relationships to further diversify its services and product lines while at the same time remaining platform neutral.
