- 1994 MVTS is founded in San Diego, California, as a third-party sales and service provider of LTX Corp. legacy test equipment.
- 1995 Ron Maassen joins the company, bringing his operations and visionary talents as Chief Operating Officer.
- 1996 MVTS moves to a 12,246-square-foot facility located on Palmer Way in Carlsbad, California.
- 1998 MVTS Asia in Singapore and office in Thailand are established to provide regional sales and support.
- 1998 MVTS becomes authorized reseller for LTX 77/90 and Master Series platforms.
- 1998 MVTS introduces its first proprietary performance-enhancement product; the MV200 CPU, designed to extend the life of LTX 77/90 series testers.
- 2000 MVTS becomes authorized reseller for Synchro and Delta STE legacy testers.
- 2000 MVTS relocates within Carlsbad to a 33,800-square-foot building on Kellogg Avenue.
- 2001 MVTS introduces the MV Master CPU enhancement product for LTX Trillium product line and the MV88 test system and MV200i CPU for LTX 77/90 products.
- 2002 MVTS Malaysia SDN BHD and a parts depot in Philippines are established to provide regional support.
- 2003 MVTS USA relocates to custom-built 38,500-square-foot facility in Carlsbad, California.
- 2004 MVTS UK office is established to provide applications, sales, and support for European customers.
- 2005 MVTS Thailand expands to 19,000-square-foot facility and becomes MVTS worldwide repair center.
- 2005 Ron Maassen becomes Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- 2006 MV Technical Sales changes its name to MVTS Technologies.
- 2006 Noel Donovan is appointed Chief Operating Officer.
- 2006 MVTS adds Teradyne refurbished A5XX and Catalyst testers and Teradyne spare parts to its product portfolio.
- 2007 MVTS San Jose, California office is established.
- 2007 MVTS solidifies primary partnership with Babcock and Brown Electronics Management (BBEM) providing MVTS the financial resources to take on additional product lines and further expand the ATE customer base.
