Ronald J. Maassen
Co-founder and CEO
Ron Maassen's more than 23 years of experience in the Semiconductor and ATE industry make him uniquely qualified to play an important and well-rounded role at MVTS. He began his career in 1983 with Silicon Systems, Inc., in Tustin, California, where he worked in semiconductor production and operations management. Relocating to San Diego to broaden his experience, he held several positions in production, finance and global capacity planning with Brooktree Corporation, where he initiated and led a company-wide implementation of SAP. In 1994, he partnered with Mark Vuozzo and co-founded MVTS. Ron has utilized his experience to create a unique business model for MVTS by forming a successful OEM alliance with LTX Corporation. During more than a decade at the helm of MTVS, Ron has amassed a thorough knowledge of the pre-owned ATE industry, has cultivated many relationships with key industry customers, and is widely recognized as an authority in the ATE industry.

Noel Donovan
Chief Operating Officer
Noel Donovan has over 22 years experience in the semiconductor test equipment industry. Prior to MVTS Technologies, he held various positions within LTX, most recently as General Manager of Worldwide Customer Operations. As such, he was responsible for developing and executing both the customer-facing elements of the business, as well as having regional senior sales and customer support management responsibilities for Europe and Asia. Noel's wealth of experience in sales, business management, and operations is instrumental in assisting MVTS develop and maintain a strong, growing business. Noel was educated in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in his native Edinburgh, Scotland.

Lisa Bruhn
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Lisa Bruhn rejoined MVTS in February 2006 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, after having been the company's North American Sales Manager for five years from 1997 to 2002. Prior to rejoining MVTS, she was at Test Advantage, where she held the position of US Account Manager and was focused primarily on sales of custom-configured Teradyne equipment. Most recently, as the Account Manager for Texas Instruments, she had a lead role in assisting Test Advantage win the Texas Instruments 2005 Supplier Excellence Award. Lisa brings multiple years of sales and marketing experience in the semiconductor test equipment industry and extensive skills in customer relationship management to her new position at MVTS Technologies. Lisa is a graduate of University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.


Vice President of Business Development
Chuck Shermer has over 25 years experience in the Semiconductor Industry, most recently with Amkor Technology as Senior Director of World Wide Test Procurement. In this role, he facilitiated and managed test equipment procurement activities for Amkor's growing World Wide Test Operation. He supported all Amkor test operations including a recent expansion by Amkor Singapore to be the largest test operation with high level asset management and program support to stratregic customers. Shermer also held several key roles within Kulicke & Soffa Industries, including Field Service Management, Application Development, and Corporate Technical Support. His test business experience and strong partnerships with leading ATE suppliers, and their customers, will assist him in supporting key MVTS initiatives on a global scale.


Gerry Williams
Vice President of Engineering
With over 25 years of experience in engineering and management, Gerry Williams has collected an impressive range of skills that includes engineering management, ATE equipment maintenance, test applications engineering, software programming, production process engineering, and customer service and support. Following a Marine Corps career specializing in both avionics and administration, Gerry received the best possible training in the ATE electronics and customer service business because he learned it from the ground up, first as a production floor technician with Silicon Systems, and then as a field service engineer with LTX Corporation's Field Support Staff. Gerry has held senior semiconductor test equipment engineering positions at Conexant Systems, Rockwell, and Brooktree Corporation in San Diego. Most recently, he served as Test Equipment Engineering Manager for FastRamp Test Services (now STATS ChipPAC), and was instrumental is the development and management of that department. Concurrent with his active duty military service, Gerry attended Antioch University, and earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland Institute of Electronics.

David J. Lenny
Financial Controller
David Lenny joined MVTS Technologies in December 2005 as Controller and brings over 16 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis and accounting in a range of industries, both in the public and private sector. Prior to joining MVTS, he was the Controller at Relsys International, Inc., a computer software development company. Before his 4-year tenure at Relsys, David was Chief Financial Officer of Esquire Communications, Ltd., and for six years oversaw its merger and acquisition activities. In that position, he was integral to the company's rapid growth into the country's largest provider of legal services. David garnered extensive SEC compliance and reporting experience, and has also held controller and accounting management positions in New York City with the Corporate Printing Company and Mid-Manhattan Medical Associates. Before relocating to New York, David worked in public accounting at Grimes O'Connor & Company in Dublin, Ireland. He is a Chartered Accountant and graduated in 1989 with a Masters in Economics from University College, Dublin, Ireland.


Managing Director of MVTS Technologies (Asia)
Sulaiman Omar joined MVTS Technologies in September 2000 as Managing Director for the Singapore office and is responsible for the Sales and Marketing of MVTS products and services for the Asian region. Prior to joining MVTS, Sulaiman had been Managing Director of Salland Engineering, a Dutch company based in Singapore, with responsibility directing its Asian headquarters; he served nearly 5 years in that capacity. In May 2002 when MVTS started the Malaysian branch office in Penang, Sulaiman was appointed as its Managing Director as well. His key role in this office is to provide the necessary support for our main customers in the rapidly-growing Malaysian semiconductor industry. As a veteran of the semiconductor industry, Sulaiman brings over 23 years of related test engineering experience to his responsibilities at MVTS, having worked with such industry-leading companies as Fairchild Semiconductor, National Semiconductor, and Unitrode Electronics. He began his career in equipment maintenance and engineering in 1983 after completion of his education in electrical and electronics engineering in Singapore.


Managing Director of MVTS Technologies (USA)
Steve Bradley has 25 years of management experience gained in service and manufacturing industries. Before making a career change to the semiconductor equipment industry, he held management positions in the international air transport industry. He worked with LTX based in Europe, responsible for manufacturing, product repair, logistics, computer-aided design and procurement operations during his tenure. He gained a global role in 2004 as Director of Worldwide Logistics for their five product support centers. Educated in London, England, Steve specializes in supply chain management processes and ISO quality management systems. He is a member of The Institute of Logistics and Transport and has lectured in international trade at Regents Business School.


Managing Director of MVTS Technologies (Thailand)
Dave Rehak has over 27 years of experience in the semiconductor business. Dave joined MVTS in 1998 as Director of Product Development and relocated to MVTS' facility in Thailand in 2002 where he currently serves as Managing Director. Prior to joining MVTS, Dave performed Test Engineering consultation work where he pioneered testing techniques of DSP-based testing of low-noise SONAR devices for submarines for Hughes Aircraft, Femto-amp characterization of missile guidance IC’s for Northrop Corporation, and full-specification ATE testing of modems at the wafer probe level for Rockwell International. Dave founded D/A Research and developed a comprehensive catalog of hardware applications solutions for LTX legacy products. He brought these consumable and applications products to MVTS and continues to develop such products. Dave graduated in 1980 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the Ohio Institute of Technology.
