To maximize your uptime, MVTS repair, exchange and preshipment capabilities allow you to receive a replacement part quickly via our multiple local stocking locations before you return your part. The replacement parts you receive always meet original standards or better; they incorporate the latest enhancements to maximize your system’s performance and reliability. 

Module Repair Contract
Module repair programs offer the most comprehensive, unlimited repair of system modules and assemblies on the covered equipment. Pricing—based on either system configuration or historical usage—is fixed for the program period with defined monthly or quarterly payments. This means no surprises to affect your budget. 

Select Parts Contract
Select parts repair programs provide the same repair of system modules and assemblies on the covered equipment up to an estimated annual level, and discounted preshipment and calibration are available. Pricing is based on estimated annual parts usage to allow fixed, defined monthly or quarterly payments, with a periodic reconciliation between estimated usage and actual usage.

Repair Exchange
To maximize availability of parts, MVTS utilizes a repair and exchange service with locally-based stocking locations. With this service, you need not wait for the part you sent in to be repaired. MVTS simply exchanges your part for a certified replacement part. Replacement parts—processed and certified through the same quality assurance as original manufacturing—incorporate the latest engineering revisions.

Engineering Change Order Updates
Throughout the life of systems, the original ATE manufacturer undertakes Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) for safety, specification and reliability resolutions. When you return a part for repair, these important ECO additions are automatically made to your replacement parts. This ensures that every part you receive performs to the original ATE manufacturers standards.

Preshipment
To further minimize the time it takes to have a replacement part on site, MVTS can preship replacement parts before you return your failed part for repair. Your replacement part will be rapidly shipped to your site through our worldwide network of logistics centers.

Consumable Parts Replacement
Consumable parts are readily available for immediate delivery from MVTS local offices. These nonrepairable parts are supplied using the same effective delivery systems we use for repair and exchange items.
