After more than 12 years in the Automated Test Equipment (ATE) industry, MVTS Technologies has expanded into the Teradyne pre-owned equipment market. This decision stemmed from customer demand and MVTS’ desire to broaden its product base.

MVTS entered the Teradyne market in 2006, investing substantial capital to acquire existing surplus inventory. These acquisitions enable short lead times for most configurations of A5XX and Catalyst series platforms. The company also hired ex-Teradyne factory personnel, tapping their expertise at managing challenging customer configuration demands. Furthermore, MVTS has acquired former Teradyne trainers to train its in-house engineers, sales and field service personnel. In late 2006, MVTS successfully supplied multiple Teradyne legacy testers to key partner customers.
